Mainly these characters focus on offense more than defense, which puts them at a huge risk against big HP enemies. This means how much their ultras or throne butt effects gameplay. The tiers on the list doesn't mean they're bad, it means that they don't have a lot of tools available to loop (assuming that you want to loop) Eyes: 7 Mutations, 1 Throw away mutation ( For Eyes at least Eagle Eyes), 2 best mutations being Euphoria and Second Stomach. Crystal: 5 Mutations, 3 of the best mutations being Throne Butt, Scarier Face, and Rabbit Paw. I can also put my reasoning down why I chose these Tiers if you want me to, but I'm still working on it.
